Learner’s Licence Prep Program (Class 7)
Designed for junior high students and new drivers, the Learner’s Licence Prep Program helps students build the foundational knowledge needed to prepare for Alberta’s Class 7 Learner’s Licence exam.
Through an interactive and engaging online learning experience, students explore key concepts from the Alberta Driver’s Guide while developing safe driving awareness, hazard recognition, and responsible decision-making skills.
The course uses interactive lessons and gamified learning elements designed to support student engagement, participation, and knowledge retention.
Across eight online modules, students develop a stronger understanding of the rules of the road and the responsibilities that come with becoming a safe and informed driver.

Students have up to 2 attempts to complete the final exam.

Successful Completion
Students who successfully complete the Learner’s Licence Prep Program will have the foundational knowledge needed to prepare for Alberta’s Class 7 Learner’s Licence exam.
Prepare for Class 7
Students build knowledge and confidence before writing Alberta’s Class 7 knowledge exam.
Age 14+
Students who are 14 years of age or older may take the exam through an Alberta registry office.
