This form is for schools paying course fees on behalf of their students.

Course Cost

$40 per student, per course

Invoices are generated on registration and payment is required 30 days after student registration.

What Happens Next?

After submitting this form, you will receive a confirmation email with next steps. Students will receive their course activation email once their accounts have been created.

Please ensure all student information is accurate. This information is used to create course accounts and send registration emails.

An invoice will automatically appear in your Teacher Portal. If you notice any errors, please contact DE.SchoolEdition@ama.ab.ca .
